  2. Go to Admin and then choose SharePoint.
  3. Go to Site Collections and choose the site collections from the list.
  4. Select the option Storage Quota.

  6. When site collections reaches the storage limit, check the box to send an email to the admins of the site collection. Write a number between 1 to 100 for the percentage of the limit so as to reach before the email alert is triggered.

3. Backup Office 365 SharePoint Data
